quality and standards. I select, cut and carry the logs out of the bush
by hand, so it does not mark the logs then hand peel each log with a
draw knife. Tenon & Mortise joints, expansion glue, heavy duty log
lag screws, soft touch hand sanding and clear polyurethane or linseed
oil are all standard building process at

Rustic Handcrafted Custom Log Hutch's, are made out of solid Ontario Canada air dried pine. Average size of log post are 2 1/2" - 3 1/2" thick, the rest of the log hutch is made to fit with the 2 1/2" - 3 1/2" log posts, 1" pine boards. Tenon And Mortise joints, 1 1/2" - 2" lag screws, expansion glue, logs are fitted then refit to the exact size. Then logs are all hand sanded with 60grit then 100grit, then your log hutch is ready for finishing, hand finishing is available!
